DESK AND LOCATION ASSISTANT 5 hours ago Description ***SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS ANALYST*** * Receive requirements from the sales department/customers. * Validate the FRU or required part. * Quote the part internally or externally, using the quotation tool or through our authorized suppliers. * Send quotations to Sales/final customers. * Maintain a quotation pipeline with full traceability—from requirement receipt through order invoicing. * Track part deliveries. * Coordinate with authorized centers, WH, and/or authorized suppliers for installations—covering the entire process from part receipt, installation, to final customer delivery. * Review part and/or billable invoicing. * For external parts, receive supplier invoices and ensure they invoice against the received Q. * Authorize and process invoices for payment. * Validate supplier payments. * Maintain control over the master parts file. Requirements Technical or Technological degree in Administration, Systems, or related fields. Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Ability to respond immediately to requests.
