Portfolio Coordinator
A leading automotive sector company is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator — a highly committed professional focused on achieving financial objectives — to lead the company's portfolio and collections management.
Job Objective
Monitor collections generated from accounts receivable and timely manage portfolio collection, ensuring compliance with the organization's financial and accounting processes.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and control collections and portfolio recovery management.
Conduct and supervise vehicle, after-sales, and inter-dealer operational portfolio reconciliations.
Manage credit notes and cancellations of accounting documents.
Perform reconciliations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and employee portfolios.
Prepare portfolio reports and monitor due dates.
Manage portfolio provisions for amounts overdue by more than 90 days.
Validate customer credit balance refunds.
Conduct credit assessments for corporate clients.
Authorize portfolio-related processes and financial validations for vehicle deliveries.
Review financial documentation and vehicle repossession operations.
Lead the portfolio team and ensure achievement of departmental performance indicators.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant. (Mandatory requirement).
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to portfolio management, collections, accounting reconciliations, and financial management.
Preferably experience in the automotive sector.
Knowledge
Portfolio and collections management.
Accounting reconciliations.
Withholding taxes and other taxes.
Advanced Excel.
Office productivity tools.
ERP or DMS system proficiency.

Salary: $2,942,800 + statutory benefits.
