At Coomeva Group, things happen because by cooperating, we become stronger. · At Coomeva, we are currently seeking a SELECTION ANALYST in the city of Cali, responsible for: Coordinating the publication of internal and mixed job openings. Supporting the design and development of Assessment Center processes and other evaluation methodologies. Coordinating the administration of technical tests. Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates alongside area leaders. Ensuring that the selection process complies with guidelines defined by leadership. Guaranteeing compliance with SENA quotas nationwide and across Group companies. Promoting the employer brand (job fairs, institutional visits). Holding periodic meetings with GECC companies to monitor and improve processes. Ensuring proper management of internal promotions. Guaranteeing compliance with the probationary period process. Managing and overseeing the Presidential Referral Program. · Requirements and Conditions: Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in selection processes within large companies.
