We seek a Creative Coordinator who is strategic and passionate, responsible for our design and content team, ensuring speed, quality, and business focus. This role is critical to transforming creativity into tangible results: demand generation, positioning, conversion, and pipeline growth in a B2B technology environment. The incumbent will be responsible for elevating the team’s creative standards, optimizing the creative process, and aligning ideas with clear business objectives. We seek a professional with a background in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields, ideally with specialization in marketing or related areas. Minimum 6 years of experience in creative agencies (a key requirement) and/or in B2B or technology companies. Experience leading cross-functional teams, with a strong background in 360° campaigns, disruptive creativity, digital content, and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the creative team (design and content) under an agile, high-performance model. Translate business and marketing strategy into clear, actionable, and impact-oriented briefs. Optimize creative workflows to reduce delivery times without compromising quality. Ensure creative consistency, volume, and relevance across campaigns and assets (not just “isolated big ideas”). Use data and performance metrics to iterate, optimize, and improve creative outcomes. Technical Knowledge Creative strategy applied to design and content. Branding and brand positioning. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite or other design and editing tools. Basic knowledge of UX/UI focused on conversion. Use of AI tools for graphic design, video, and content generation.
