Contact and accompany the client throughout the implementation process !!!Join Our Team!!! At Carvajal, we are looking for an Implementation and Configuration Technician. We seek a technician or technologist in systems, electronics, telecommunications, security, or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in database support, configuration, and/or customer service roles. Experience required in technical support or IT, customer service, SQL database querying, and query execution. Experience in implementation, configuration, or technical service support processes is desirable. Main Responsibilities Execute client implementation and configuration on assigned platforms. Query SQL databases and write queries for validation, analysis, and configuration support. Manage service initiation requests from the commercial department. Contact and accompany the client throughout the implementation process, complying with established SLAs. Validate implementation information and documentation prior to execution. Perform tests and validations of implemented configurations. Provide technical support during the implementation and service stabilization phase. Manage adherence, audits, and implementation timelines. Escalate and coordinate solutions with internal support teams when inconsistencies arise.
