




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with experience in institutional cleaning and sanitation to lead teams and ensure high-quality services. Key Highlights: 1. Quality assurance and customer satisfaction We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with specific experience in the cleaning sector, institutional cleaning, general services, or facilities management, to lead and guarantee the proper execution of services contracted by our clients. Requirements: • Professional degree in administrative, commercial, financial, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Coordinator in cleaning, sanitation, facility maintenance, or general services companies. • Experience leading operational teams of more than 300 employees. • Knowledge of managing cleaning operational staff, shift scheduling, coverage of incidents, absences, medical leaves, and replacements. • Experience monitoring management indicators, process control, and compliance with service-level agreements. • Payroll administration, personnel incident handling, and shift roster management. • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to promptly address operational requirements. • Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. • Excellent personal presentation, leadership, and communication skills. • Must own a motorcycle and maintain up-to-date documentation. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate cleaning service operations across multiple sites and clients. • Ensure operational coverage by assigned personnel. • Monitor adherence to schedules, routines, and cleaning standards. • Address operational incidents and client requests. • Supervise the performance of supervisors and operational staff. • Manage shift scheduling, vacations, medical leaves, and replacements. • Conduct periodic site visits to verify service quality. • Ensure compliance with company and client-established procedures. Conditions: Base salary: $2,300,000 Non-statutory allowance: $650,000 Legal transportation allowance: $250,000 Statutory benefits.
