What profile are we looking for? - Final-semester student in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 1 year of experience as a civil engineering assistant (preferably on housing projects). - Technical and administrative knowledge in budgeting, scheduling, work progress reports, and contractor oversight. - Understanding of construction processes, urban works, materials, and equipment. What do we offer? - Contract: Indefinite term (directly with the construction company, ensuring full job stability). - Salary: $2,335,000 + statutory benefits. - Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Residence in Cali is mandatory.
