Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician or Technologist to provide on-site technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and help desk assistance. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical support and maintenance of computer equipment. 2. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and office productivity tools. 3. Installation, configuration, and support for operating systems and applications. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Systems Technician or Technologist (must possess graduation certificate and diploma) Experience: Minimum 1 year (certified) Age: Between 19 and 35 years old Capable of performing: * On-site technical support. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer networks, and office productivity tools. * Implementing information protection, backup, and recovery procedures. * Diagnosing computers, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications. * Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows operating systems, office productivity suites, and application software. * Providing help desk assistance. Tools: * Must have an external hard drive (DD) and a USB flash drive.
