If you enjoy dynamic work and possess analytical and service-oriented skills, this opportunity is for you! · What are we looking for? · Professional degree in Business Administration or Financial Administration. Advanced Excel proficiency (macros, pivot tables, and formulas). Minimum 2 years of experience in shift grid scheduling. Solid knowledge of labor legislation. Strong customer service, communication, and conflict management skills. Payroll knowledge (calculation of surcharges: night, Sunday, and holiday shifts; calculation of overtime hours—daytime and nighttime...) Full-time availability. Not currently enrolled in academic studies. What do we offer? Fixed-term employment contract. Monthly salary and job stability.
