Participation in continuous improvement and problem resolution. **Job Description** ---------------------- Develop and design software products for end users across all application layers (backend, frontend). * Collaborate with cell members on software planning, scope definition, design, development, and testing—aiming to deliver new product capabilities through continuous delivery to production. * Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and backend teams to achieve optimal software solutions and streamline the development process. * Apply engineering and architectural practices (Tech Rules) across all development efforts to build technically robust, maintainable, and extensible products over time. * Design and develop documentation (e.g., diagrams, pseudocode) to enable third-party understanding of implemented software work—intended to represent activity sequences and both new and existing systems. * Serve as liaison with offshore teams and clients to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks. * Develop proof-of-concept projects to deliver new architectures and solutions. * Analyze, propose, and implement production issue resolutions based on industry best practices—aiming to support continuous improvement and ongoing product support by cells, as well as rapid response to potential production failures. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar development roles. * Technical, technological, or university degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Experience working with Python. * Experience working with Angular. * Experience with relational databases. * Knowledge of APIs and integrated systems. * Knowledge of CI & CD. * Knowledge of Pipelines. * Knowledge of GitHub for code repositories. * Preferred: Knowledge of React, NodeJS.
