On the other hand, socially conscious companies are present—those seeking not only to attract and connect with talent but also to learn and grow as their employees do. **Position Mission:** Ensure the effective implementation of project processes and performance indicators for Comfama’s Employment Service. **Position Functions:** * Accompany, advise, and retain companies through talent attraction and selection services, by building relationships and understanding the talent needs of companies using the service. * Present the project. * Present the talent pool. * Record visits. * Post job vacancies. * Support the connector in sending candidate referrals. * Follow up with companies and provide feedback. * Provide feedback and adjust the commercial strategy according to project needs. * Maintain constant communication with companies. * Update vacancy and internal project management databases to support corporate management. * Send invitations to project specialists, including DEI mentoring. * Attend business mentoring sessions, dialogue spaces, large-scale events, job fairs, and others. * Make phone calls to companies to schedule visits aligned with strategic objectives (e.g., recruitment, follow-up, retention, hiring, partnerships, etc.). * Conduct ongoing visits to companies, mayoral offices, schools, ETDHs, universities, and other government entities across municipalities in the region. * Record all company and vacancy-related activities in the SISE platform and replicate them in the new Aira platform; additionally, enter detailed records of all field visits and company interactions into SAP. * Monitor the management of assigned vacancies, respond to companies, maintain constant communication with employers, and provide feedback on managed vacancies and placed profiles. * Schedule, organize, and participate in various events of the Public Employment Service (PES) in the subregion, support the organization of proprietary events and PES micro-fairs. * Regularly download and update company and vacancy databases, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and assign vacancies to psychologists. **Requirements:** Availability to travel and move between municipalities and subregions. Experience in corporate strengthening processes, with knowledge of the region and its companies. Professional degree in Business Administration, Administrative Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Offer Conditions:**
