We are Next Entertainment Colombia, an experiential marketing agency, and we are seeking a professional for the position of Account Director with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in BTL agencies and experiential marketing, specifically in high-impact productions for premium brands at national and international levels. We require our Account Director to possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the market and marketing trends. · Develop and lead marketing strategies. · Coordinate, plan, and supervise the work of the commercial team. · Acquire new accounts, identify and generate business opportunities to increase and/or double the number of active clients. · Retain current clients and maintain excellent commercial relationships. · Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying analytical skills, decision-making capabilities, and execution of marketing strategies.
