





We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst engineer, preferably holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems, or Telecommunications. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in information analysis, generating damage follow-up reports, CCTV support, and help desk support, including hands-on experience providing Level 1 support. Certification in any of the following is preferred: networking, routing, switching, ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, or Procera. Work schedule: Rotating shifts with availability for 24/7 coverage.
