REQUIREMENTS * Technician in systems, electronics, technology, or computer science, or related fields. * SO Customer certification among the two most recent versions currently valid in the market. * ITIL certification: latest version, currently valid version, or the version immediately preceding the contract start date. * Knowledge of O365.
