Job Summary: A major manufacturing company is seeking a Veneering and Cutting Assistant to interpret blueprints, prepare materials, execute precise cuts, and ensure the final product’s quality. Key responsibilities: Interpret cutting blueprints according to furniture component layouts; prepare required materials and perform cuts per production requirements; execute cuts considering assigned dimensions and measurements; ensure final product quality; guarantee achievement of established productivity targets; proficiently read and interpret blueprints and measurements; operate machinery such as vertical saws and/or slitters. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles; knowledge of blueprint interpretation and measurement handling; residence in Fontibón, Usaquén, or neighboring municipalities; ability to work from blueprints and operate cutting machinery.
