




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide technical support and user assistance for the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of computer tools and business process continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and assistance for technological infrastructure. 2. Ensure the proper functioning of computer tools. 3. Ensure business process continuity. JOB PROFILE: 1 TO 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SYSTEM SUPPORT ACTIVITIES. RESPONSIBILITIES: TIMELY ATTENDANCE AND EXECUTION OF USER SUPPORT REQUESTS FOR THE SYSTEM. TIMELY EXECUTION OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUESTS FROM COMPANY USERS. MONITORING THAT SCHEDULED (JOBS) AUTOMATED TASKS ON SERVERS ARE EXECUTED. CREATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CORRECTIVE AND/OR PLANNED MAINTENANCE ORDERS FOR ASSIGNED FACILITIES. DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT REPORTED BY USERS VIA THE SUPPORT LINE. COMPETENCIES: ATTENTION TO DETAIL - SELF-ORGANIZATION - LEARNING - ORAL COMMUNICATION - AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA PROFICIENCY - CUSTOMER ORIENTATION - ANALYTICAL THINKING AND SENSE OF URGENCY.
