Responsibilities: Entrepreneur (male/female) development and mentoring Commercial management and KPI compliance Recruitment of new entrepreneurs Training and strengthening of commercial teams Requirements 4–6 years of commercial experience CRM system proficiency Class B1 driver’s license and personal vehicle Base salary: $2,440,834; Variable bonus: $3,000,000 (guaranteed for the first two months) + Mobility allowance: $936,333 + all statutory benefits The contract is a temporary work agreement covering maternity leave.
