Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile Operational and Sales Assistant to operate the point of sale, serve customers, register, sell, and pack products, ensuring customer satisfaction. This opportunity in Montería is for you! · Grupo Éxito in Montería is hiring its Operational and Sales Assistant team. · Mission: Operate the point of sale, serve, sell, register, and pack products according to the company's current norms and procedures to ensure goal achievement and guarantee customer return. · Responsibilities: Register all products for the customer at checkout counters, obtain account information, and process payments using available payment methods to correctly charge the customer’s invoice. Perform final cash reconciliation, reconcile documents, and request drawer contents to be promptly sent to the main cash office for proper recording. Pack all products for the customer using appropriate packaging materials based on product size to ensure the customer carries all items in optimal condition. Inform customers about savings obtained via POS discounts to help create the perception of low prices. Maintain the checkout counter in perfect order, cleanliness, and proper arrangement to ensure customer satisfaction.
