Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support raw material preparation, mise en place, portioning of meats, and adherence to standard recipes, as well as assist with cleaning and sanitation. Assistance in cleaning and sanitation activities Restaurant located in Teusaquillo \- Bogotá requires a Kitchen Assistant for its team, with knowledge of raw material preparation, mise en place, meat portioning, standard recipe monitoring, and support in cleaning and sanitation activities. Academic level: High school diploma with restaurant experience or technical degree in culinary arts. Experience: Minimum 6 months Schedule: \- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Saturdays and holidays, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Sunday: Fixed day off. Contract: Indefinite-term employment contract. Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMMLV) \+ statutory benefits \+ meals \+ tips. Position type: Indefinite Work location: On-site employment
