We seek a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual for our Logistics team. **What You Will Do:** * Pick and verify orders prior to dispatch. * Check product references, quantities, packaging units, batches, and expiration dates. * Correctly apply the FIFO method. * Prepare and hand over orders to carriers, verifying completeness and accuracy. * Maintain an organized and clean workspace. **What We Are Looking For:** * High school diploma. * **Minimum 1 year of experience in order picking.** * Experience in logistics, dispatch, or inventory management. * Prior experience in food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is desirable. * Attention to detail, concentration, organization, and responsibility. * Availability to perform operational tasks, stand for extended periods, and handle cargo. **What We Offer:** * **Salary: $1\.750\.905 \+ transportation allowance $249\.095 \+ statutory benefits.** * Direct employment contract with the company. * **42-hour weekly work schedule, Monday to Friday.** * Occasional Saturday work may be required based on operational needs; such work is compensated in accordance with applicable law. * Health insurance policy for the employee starting from the second month. * Training and growth opportunities. **Work Location:** Los Alcázares neighborhood, Bogotá.
