




Job Summary: Coordinate contractual, logistical, financial, and platform management to ensure project compliance and resource optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Manages projects contractually and documentarily with state entities. 2. Negotiates with suppliers and controls the budget financially. 3. Direct communication with supervisors to ensure compliance. Contract Management: Preparation, review, and submission of commencement minutes, partial minutes, final delivery minutes, and settlement minutes to the contracting entity. Stakeholder Relations: Direct communication with contract supervisors designated by the state entity to ensure schedule compliance. Logistics and Procurement: Conducts quotations, comparative tables, and negotiations with suppliers for acquiring missing items required for execution of the contractual object. Project Financial Management: Ensures procurement costs do not exceed the contract budget and manages timely invoicing. Platforms: Continuous updating of execution status on the SECOP II platform and physical/digital document management (contract folder).-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technological Program 2 years of experience Languages: Spanish Knowledge: Assertiveness, Negotiation Skills, Responsiveness, Business Analysis, Organizational Communication, Operational Excellence Strategy, Price Analysis
