Management of personnel, materials, and project progress A prominent construction sector company requires a Site Supervisor for its team, who will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of field activities, guaranteeing adherence to schedules, technical specifications, safety standards, and company-established guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. * Manage operational personnel (skilled workers, assistants, contractors). * Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and work quality. * Coordinate the supply and appropriate use of materials and tools. * Report site progress and updates to the Resident Engineer or Project Director. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations. * Monitor personnel working hours and productivity. * Maintain order and organization at the worksite.
