You will contribute to customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards, mitigate risks, and support business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and issue promptly the documents associated with our customers’ policies, ensuring compliance with company policies and agreed-upon service level agreements. * Provide support and assistance to internal and external customers when situations require it. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives. * Comply with the Code of Ethics and the Anti-Money Laundering Manual. * Monitor and manage client updates (additions, modifications, cancellations). **University Degree:** Professional or final-semester student in fields such as: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines. **Technical Knowledge:** * Policy issuance and administration for (AUTOS AND LIFE) products. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in service-oriented roles. **Management Skills:** * Critical thinking. * Attention to detail and accuracy in information handling. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and prioritization skills.
