Join Inetum and become part of a company transforming the future of businesses through technology. **Job Description** We are seeking an Industrial Engineer for the **Semi-Senior Data Governance Analyst** role, with functional and technical experience in data management for financial sector projects, preferably in compliance initiatives such as **BCBS239, IFRS9, Others**. Responsibilities: * Actively participate in the **functional execution** of data governance projects, ensuring delivery of technical and regulatory deliverables. * ARIS proficiency * Conduct **functional elicitation** with process owners in Risk and Finance, documenting AS IS / TO BE and proposing data quality improvements from the source. * Define and deliver **clear functional specifications**, usable by development teams to implement solutions. * Replicate or automate processes using **SQL and PySpark** as part of data modeling and rule validation. * Support end-to-end (E2E) process documentation and generation of **user stories** for the agile team. * Manage alerts, risks, and incidents related to the work plan. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 to 4 years** of experience in **Data Governance, Data Quality, or Financial Risk** projects, preferably within the financial or insurance sector. * Practical proficiency in **Python, SQL, PySpark** for queries, validations, and functional automations. * Prior experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). * Knowledge of regulations such as **IFRS9, BCBS239**, and financial risk processes. * Ability to interact with functional and technical areas, communicating business needs and translating requirements into solutions. **Additional Information** Soft Skills: * Proactivity in learning and adapting to new challenges. * Strong organizational and task-tracking skills. * Ability to document and communicate requirements clearly. * Capacity to work collaboratively in teams and across functional and technical areas. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality in deliverables. * Assertive communication
