We are currently seeking healthcare professionals specializing in negotiation and medication inclusion within Government Institutions who wish to be part of a major project with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. **Institutional KAM** **Position Objective:** Ensure access to and inclusion of medications in EPS (Health Promotion Entities), IPS (Healthcare Provider Institutions), hospitals, and insurers, guaranteeing sustainability and regulatory compliance within the Colombian healthcare system. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic negotiation** for inclusion in institutional formularies and supply agreements. * **Participation in procurement processes** (tenders, framework agreements, reverse auctions). * **Presentation of clinical and pharmacoeconomic value** to justify medication inclusion. * **Stakeholder management:** technical committees, hospital pharmacists, medical directors. * **Internal coordination** with Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams. * **Post\-inclusion monitoring:** drug rotation, access barriers, contractual compliance. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical\-biological or administrative fields (degree completed). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Institutional KAM. * Knowledge of the institutional market, its processes, structure, and key contacts. * Familiarity with government procurement procedures. * Ability to develop commercial presentations and proposals; proficiency in CRM systems, management software, and Microsoft Office suite. * Results\-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem\-solving abilities, positive attitude, and adherence to organizational processes. * Location: Bogotá. \#LI\-CES IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
