Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in process mapping and evaluation to ensure efficiency and propose continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process evaluation and improvement 2. Process diagnostics 3. Coordination of process modifications We seek candidates with at least 2 years of experience conducting process and procedure mappings. Position Purpose: Evaluate whether the company’s processes are being executed in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring appropriate efficiency and proposing improvements across all areas. Some of the responsibilities include: \- Conducting information gathering and documentation of processes. \- Performing diagnostics enabling management to understand the current status of processes within the company. \- Developing process flowcharts. \- Monitoring procedural activities. \- Timing procedures at the operational level. \- Coordinating with process owners regarding new requirements or modifications to existing models.
