We seek someone who thinks beyond campaign management and can propose strategies to accelerate business growth. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy** * Design customer acquisition strategies for different brands. * Define growth and scaling plans. * Participate in planning product launches and new commercial initiatives. * Identify data-driven growth opportunities. **Performance Marketing** * **Design, structure, manage, and launch campaigns** on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Optimize campaigns with a focus on business outcomes (ROAS, MER, CPA). * Analyze campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions. * Strategically scale budgets based on performance. * Create and optimize remarketing and audience campaigns. * Identify growth opportunities in new audiences, creatives, and channels. * Collaborate closely with the content team to define ad requirements based on performance results. * Analyze campaign performance daily. * Optimize metrics such as CPA, MER, ROAS, and conversion rate. * Scale profitable campaigns. * Propose new optimization strategies. **Analysis and Decision-Making** * Prepare weekly performance reports. * Analyze business metrics. * Identify improvement opportunities. * Present data-driven strategic recommendations. **Collaborative Work** Consistently collaborate with the creative team to translate campaign performance into actionable content ideas. * Lead the definition of **ad scripts and UGC assets**, grounded in performance insights. * Analyze which content delivers the best results and transform those learnings into new formats, angles, and scripts. * Coordinate with the content team on producing conversion-focused ads. * Lead the strategic direction of UGC content, defining required creator types, messages, and formats to scale campaigns. * Ensure content production aligns with campaign acquisition and profitability goals. * Provide ongoing, metric-based feedback to the creative and UGC teams.**Innovation** We expect a candidate who consistently proposes new ideas to accelerate brand growth, improve profitability, and optimize customer acquisition. **Candidate Profile** * Minimum 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Media. * Proven experience managing advertising budgets. * Experience scaling e\-commerce or digital businesses. * Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Google Analytics expertise. * Shopify knowledge (preferred). * Familiarity with Conversion API \- Meta Pixel and TikTok Ads. * Strong analytical ability. * Proactive, results-oriented mindset. **Especially Valued** * Experience contributing to digital brand growth. * Strategic thinking. * Ability to make data-driven decisions. * High sense of responsibility and autonomy. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Performance Metrics** Performance will be evaluated using metrics including: * Revenue growth. * Campaign profitability. * Optimization of customer acquisition cost. * Execution quality. * Achievement of commercial objectives. * Proactivity in generating new strategies. **What We Offer** * Additional monthly performance bonus. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * On-site work in Bogotá. * Opportunity to lead the growth of multiple digital businesses. * An environment where ideas have real impact and decisions are made swiftly.
