Main Responsibilities: Cleaning and disinfection of common areas: lobby, hallways, public restrooms, elevators, staircases, meeting rooms, and offices. Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and general maintenance of various surface types. Proper handling of waste and recycling. Restocking supplies in public restrooms (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.). Reporting incidents, damages, or maintenance needs. Supporting scheduled deep cleaning activities. Floor Maintenance (Mandatory): Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance for different floor types: Marble Porcelain tile Ceramic tile Wood Carpet Deep floor cleaning: Ability to remove heavy dirt, stubborn stains, grease, or accumulated grime using appropriate products and equipment (e.g., polishers, rotary machines, or specialized chemicals).
