




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Kitchen Assistant for food preparation and quality control, maintaining order and supporting kitchen operations. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in cooking or grilling 2. Proactive attitude and agility 3. Excellent work environment Main Responsibilities (Kitchen Assistant): Grilling and/or griddling meats. Igniting, controlling, and managing grill temperature. Properly managing cooking times and doneness levels per customer request. Preparatory food handling (mise en place): cutting, portioning, and marinating. Quality control of products (freshness, flavor, and presentation). Maintaining order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area. Providing kitchen support as required. Basic inventory and supply control. Teamwork to meet service timing requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a kitchen or grill assistant. Availability to work on weekends. Proactive attitude, responsibility, and agility. Strong customer service skills and teamwork ability. Availability to attend an interview. Working Conditions: Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV), prorated by days worked. Biweekly payments. Weekend shifts. Excellent work environment.
