Opportunity to teach, evaluate, and lead in road safety We seek a responsible, committed, and teaching-skilled Driving Techniques Instructor tasked with delivering both theoretical and practical driving technique training, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the organization's safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and practical training in safe and preventive driving techniques. * Evaluate drivers' competencies * Identify improvement opportunities * Promote safe, efficient, and responsible driving habits. * Verify compliance with traffic regulations and internal procedures. * Prepare evaluation and student follow-up reports * Support driver orientation and retraining activities. * Report any issues related to the training process. **Requirements:** * High school diploma, technical or technological degree * Valid driver's license * Experience as a driving instructor * Knowledge of traffic regulations, defensive driving, and road safety. * Communication, leadership, teamwork, and learning-oriented skills. **Competencies:** * Effective communication. * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Service orientation. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to teach and evaluate.
