Collaborates with clients to meet security needs We are looking for an Operations Coordinator for our Eurovic Security Branch in Bogota. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with security standards. Responsibilities: Manage operational security activities at assigned facilities. Coordinate with various teams to ensure implementation of security policies. Analyze security incidents and propose improvements. Oversee compliance with security regulations. Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their security needs. Requirements: 2 years of experience coordinating private security operations, including management of multiple contracts. University degree or technical diploma in administrative fields. Knowledge of security regulations and standards. Analytical skills to evaluate and improve security processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
