Job Summary: We are seeking a SECURITY SUPERVISOR for security and surveillance to operate toll stations, weighing stations, and roadside assistance services, ensuring area safety and supervision. We are a leading company in road infrastructure services with over 25 years of experience, specializing in the operation of toll stations, weighing stations, and roadside assistance services nationwide. We require a SECURITY SUPERVISOR to work at the ANDES, FUSCA, AND UNISABANA TOLL STATIONS located in Chía, Cundinamarca. Requirements: Valid supervisor certification or training course, updated SIMEC registration, 2 years of experience as a supervisor, high school diploma (Bachillerato), own motorcycle with valid documentation. Candidates must reside in Chía, Cajicá, Zipaquirá, or Tocancipá. Salary: $1,958,334 + mobility allowance + transportation allowance. Schedule: 6 days on / 2 days off. Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night (8 and 12 hours).
