A prominent business group in the services sector is looking for a hands-on Software Development Lead, focused on technical leadership and active participation in developing technological solutions. We seek a candidate able to lead development teams, make technical decisions, and directly contribute to building scalable solutions aligned with business needs. Main Responsibilities: Lead and execute the full software development lifecycle. Design scalable, efficient, and secure software architectures. Coordinate technical teams and actively participate in code development and review. Define technologies, frameworks, and development best practices. Ensure correct technical implementation, testing, and deployments. Support technological projects from definition through to production. Document solutions and promote continuous improvement within the team. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development. Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical teams. Backend development experience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, JavaScript, or similar. Knowledge of architecture design, microservices, and APIs. Proficiency in agile methodologies and version control tools.
