Human-centered and charismatic work environment A foundation located in **Chía** is urgently seeking a **Baker** with exceptional charisma, service orientation, and a strong human-centered approach to join our team. If you have experience in bread-making, are passionate about your craft, and find satisfaction in sharing your knowledge, this opportunity is for you! **Job Mission:** Ensure the institution’s daily bakery production and occasionally lead dynamic and simple bakery workshops for children. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $1\.900\.000 COP per month \+ all statutory benefits. * **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Only two (2\) Saturdays per month, half-day shift. * Location: **Chía.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and bake various types of bread according to the daily schedule. * Ensure proper handling, dosage, and efficiency of raw materials. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of machinery, utensils, and the work area (BPM standards). * **Training Workshops:** Conduct basic and recreational bakery workshops for small groups of children (these are highly specific and infrequent workshops). **Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum one (1\) year of verifiable experience as a Baker. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent attitude, patience, empathy, and strong fluency in interacting with children (a fundamental requirement for the workshops). * **Food Handling Course:** Valid certification. * **Location:** Reside in **Chía**, or have convenient and nearby transportation access (Cajicá, Zipaquirá, Northern Bogotá).
