A leading company is seeking an Accounting Analyst with a minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll processing, social benefits, parafiscal contributions, and accounting registration of labor and administrative transactions. Education: Technical, technological, professional degree, or student in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Complementary knowledge in labor legislation, social security, payroll processing, and accounting software is desirable. Skills: Accounting and financial standards (NIIF for SMEs). Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate/Advanced Excel). Accounting software (e.g.: SIIGO, Helisa, World Office, or SAP). Colombian labor legislation and social security. Calculation and reconciliation of payroll for more than 100 employees, contributions, and provisions. Preparation of financial reports and bank reconciliations. Salary: $2,000,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Work mode: 100% on-site – Toberín/North Job type: Full-time
