We are seeking Collections Advisors (male or female), with or without prior experience, to manage delinquent accounts via phone calls and WhatsApp chat. WE HAVE NEW ACCOUNT PORTFOLIOS! We recently acquired 2 new portfolios, expanding our operations and generating greater management opportunities as well as improved commission and incentive prospects. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Handle incoming and outgoing collection calls. * Recover delinquent accounts. * Contact clients and negotiate payment agreements. * Manage collections via phone calls and WhatsApp. * Record all activities in the designated platforms. * Meet recovery targets and key performance indicators. * Address client concerns and objections. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * High school graduates, technicians, or technologists (not university graduates). * Minimum age of 18 years. * With or without prior experience. * Assertive communication skills and negotiation abilities. * Commercial mindset and results orientation. * Frustration tolerance and ability to handle objections.
