Candidates must hold a degree in administrative fields, international business, international relations, modern languages, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management and team leadership. We are seeking a candidate with: * Strong organizational skills regarding time and task management * Excellent communication skills * Ability to identify effective solutions to problems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and analyze client or project requests (budget, profitability, team, technical requirements, etc.) * Prepare quotations and follow up on submitted proposals * Assign tasks to and monitor the work team * Keep project information updated * Address client needs and inquiries (PQR) **Specific Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and others) * Experience with project management platforms * English proficiency at B2 level (not mandatory) **Employment Conditions:** * Work modality: 100% on-site (Chía, Cundinamarca) * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract * Salary: To be agreed upon (range between $2\.000\.000 and $2\.500\.000\) Workplace: On-site position
