Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Leader to supervise operations and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with service delivery standards. Key Highlights: 1. If you have experience leading general services teams and are passionate about ensuring service delivery quality, this opportunity may be for you. **Job Mission:** Supervise the operational activities of general services staff, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and timeliness standards of the service agreed upon with the client. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise cleaning activities performed by assigned staff and/or provide training. * Verify compliance with routines, duties, and service standards. * Monitor supplies, equipment, tools, and staff provisioning. * Support staff performance evaluations. * Maintain appropriate relationships with clients and the work team. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations. * Provide operational cleaning support when required. **Requirements:** * Will rotate across various Medellín locations. * High school diploma and/or technical certification. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading general services personnel. **Work Location:** Medellín.
