An infrastructure company operating in the road sector, located in Urabá, requires a TICS professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in infrastructure projects to ensure the availability, stability, and security of the communication network supporting ITS systems. Academic Qualifications: Degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. Technical or Specific Knowledge Required for Job Functions: Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent), database administration certifications such as Oracle Database Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft SQL Server, or equivalent, and Cloud Services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Professional Competencies: Leadership, critical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and supervise the communication network supporting ITS and SCADA systems using tools for detecting and resolving service failures or degradations. * Manage and resolve connectivity, performance, and equipment failure incidents across network devices, ensuring optimal response times. * Administer and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices used in ITS and SCADA infrastructure. * Use monitoring tools to supervise the entire data network—including SNMP-based data networks, optical fiber, copper cabling, web services, etc.—ensuring high equipment availability and compliance with performance indicators. * Execute preventive maintenance plans to guarantee the availability and reliability of communication links, including optical fiber, network equipment, and servers.
