Support the implementation of the environmental strategy in operations, effectively and promptly integrating EQ guidelines issued by the corporate office. 2\. Support the implementation of the strategy for managing risks, opportunities, and impacts associated with operations. 3\. Support the planning and ensure implementation of environmental objectives, programs, and indicators, ensuring their relevance, timely reporting, and continuous improvement. 4\. Support budget structuring for the department, ensuring its monitoring, control, and proper execution. 5\. Generate environmental ideas, initiatives, programs, plans, and/or projects aligned with the organization’s strategy, based on priority risks and environmental impacts caused by business operations. 6\. Support the planning of strategies for implementing environmental best practices, ideas, actions, and/or process improvements—activities and/or tasks benefiting the organization’s continuous improvement. 7\. Contribute to identifying and implementing actions to improve the organization’s environmental, quality, and social performance. 8\. Coordinate and schedule necessary staff training on priority environmental topics for the organization, thereby raising awareness and reducing the likelihood of operational risks materializing. 9\. Develop, organize, and maintain up-to-date documentation, as well as prepare reports and deliverables resulting from EQ implementation and performance. 10\. Perform other complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
