Job Summary: We are seeking a technical or technological apprentice in Occupational Safety and Health to support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), conduct inspections, and participate in training activities. Practical mentoring and training in a positive work environment **JOIN OUR TEAM!** "At Ladrillera Tejar Santa Cecilia, we open our doors to a technical or technological apprentice in Occupational Safety and Health who wishes to grow professionally and contribute to the care of our team." **Work Schedule:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, plus two Saturdays per month. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS). * Accompany safety inspections in production facilities and administrative areas. * Support hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control. * Participate in the delivery of training sessions and prevention campaigns. * Support incident and occupational accident investigations. * Update OSHMS matrices and records. * Support compliance with current occupational safety and health legal regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological student in Occupational Safety and Health. * Authorization from the educational institution to begin the productive stage. * No prior apprenticeship contract signed. * Basic proficiency in office software tools. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn. **Benefits:** * Maintenance support as established by law. * Affiliation with ARL (Occupational Risk Administrator) and EPS (Health Promotion Entity). * Opportunity to gain experience in the industrial sector. * Practical mentoring and training. * Positive work environment. **Location:** Belén AltaVista – Calle 18 \# 94\-65 **Application:** c.gestionhumana@tejarsantacecilia.com Workplace: On-site employment
