Your mission will be to coordinate the ERP services area operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency in customer service, as well as the performance of your team. Ensure quality and compliance in B2B customer service. Promote continuous improvement in support and service processes. Requirements: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, International Business, or related fields. Completed undergraduate studies. Postgraduate studies initiation or projection is desirable. Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or coordination roles within B2B customer service areas. Experience leading teams of at least 5 people. Experience in B2B environments. Experience in BPO operations or customer service areas. ERP solutions or enterprise software experience or knowledge is desirable. Must reside in Medellín or nearby municipalities within the metropolitan area. Leadership, organizational, customer-oriented, and results-focused skills. Working Conditions: Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia. Work Modality: On-site. Availability for national and international travel. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience.
