




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in B2B consultative sales and a hunter profile to manage the e-commerce strategic accounts pipeline—from prospecting through to closing. Key Responsibilities Build and manage an e-commerce strategic accounts pipeline, serving as the primary point of contact from prospecting through to the launch of the first campaign on the platform. Gain deep understanding of each client’s challenges, objectives, and digital strategies, delivering customized consulting throughout all sales stages. Actively prospect and qualify new opportunities. Prepare and present customized digital proposals and solutions, educating clients on the platform’s potential and how it can enhance their results. Lead complex sales processes—overcoming objections, building trust, and positioning the digital solution as a differentiator in media planning. Ensure a smooth transition of the commercial relationship to the Account Management team after initial activation, guaranteeing a positive client experience. Work with clear goals and defined KPIs, maintaining a high pace of prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closing new business. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (SDR, Account Management, Marketing) to strengthen strategies and outcomes. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 1.5 years of solid experience in consultative and complex sales with a hunter profile, leading the full cycle (prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closing). Experience in B2B sales, preferably for e-commerce or mid-to-large-sized accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills across various decision-making levels. Ability to organize the pipeline, follow processes, and act with discipline to ensure results. Curiosity and rapid learning ability regarding digital solutions; prior experience in digital media is a plus—not a mandatory requirement. Required language: Spanish. · Desired Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce clients or digital media solutions. Experience working with Marketing Agencies. Consistent track record in opening and closing strategic accounts. Proficiency in delivering presentations and conducting meetings with decision-makers (remote and in-person).
