Position Summary: Distributed Energy Systems Coordinator for energy consumption analysis, system sizing, and project management of self-generation and distributed generation (DG). Key Highlights: 1. At Acema Ingeniería, we are seeking a **Distributed Energy Systems Coordinator** **Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia** **Join our team!** **Requirements:** * Degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in small-scale self-generation (SSSG) projects, distributed generation (DG), or grid-connected photovoltaic solar systems * Experience in energy consumption analysis, system sizing, coordination with suppliers and contractors, and grid interconnection procedures with grid operators * Knowledge of energy self-consumption, surplus energy, bidirectional metering, and photovoltaic system interconnection * Familiarity with applicable regulations (e.g., CREG 174 of 2021, CREG 101 072 of 2025, Law 1715 of 2014, RETIE, among others) * Proficiency in office software, energy analysis tools, and interpretation of electrical drawings * Strong analytical skills, project management ability, coordination capability, assertive communication, reporting proficiency, and technical writing skills * Additional training in photovoltaic solar energy, energy efficiency, electricity sector regulation, or energy project management will be valued **Responsibilities:** * Collection, analysis, and consolidation of energy consumption and billing data to identify self-consumption, SSSG, and DG opportunities * Analysis of the technical, energy, and economic feasibility of projects * Sizing of grid-connected photovoltaic solar systems * Management and follow-up of grid interconnection procedures with grid operators * Coordination with suppliers, contractors, grid operators, and internal departments * Review and validation of electrical designs, calculation reports, and technical specifications * Verification of compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards * Monitoring of construction execution, installation, testing, and quality control * Support during inspection, certification, energization, and commissioning processes * Performance monitoring of operational energy systems * Preparation of technical reports, progress reports, and performance analyses * Support in additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Availability:** Immediate **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site employment Send your resume to desarrollo.humano@acemaingenieria.com with the subject line "Distributed Energy Systems Coordinator" **We want to meet you!** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
