We seek a professional who ensures efficiency in administrative and documentation processes, supporting billing and portfolio management at the branch. Required Profile: Technical or technological degree in Administration or Accounting Processes. Accounting knowledge and proficiency in office software tools. Minimum 12–24 months of experience in similar positions. Key Responsibilities: Physical and digital file management and organization. Processing credit notes and daily sales billing at the counter. Updating supplier documentation according to SAGRILAFT protocol. Support in portfolio and special billing processes. Compliance with internal regulations and support in human resources management processes. Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Fixed-term contract with statutory benefits.
