We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people’s lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare and organize the work area according to instructions from the site supervisor and technical team. * Carry out basic construction tasks: loading and unloading materials, internal transport, cleaning and tidying work areas, and assembling and disassembling auxiliary elements. * Support various trades in simple operations (basic formwork, plastering, concrete pouring, auxiliary carpentry, etc.) under supervision and in accordance with established procedures. * Prepare, maintain and safeguard tools and equipment in proper working condition, reporting malfunctions or shortages to the direct supervisor. * Assist in simple measurement and marking tasks, layout and re-surveying under technical supervision. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations, use of PPE, and environmental procedures established on site. * Collaborate in basic waste and material management and segregation, disposing of them as indicated in the environmental management plan. * Record and report incidents, consumption and daily progress to the supervisor for inclusion in controls and certifications. **We are seeking a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Education: Compulsory Secondary Education qualification or vocational training related to construction (preferred). * Minimum experience: 1 year on site or in similar roles will be positively considered. * Basic knowledge of tools, materials and standard construction procedures. * Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, organizational skills and willingness to follow instructions. * Availability to work on site and mobility according to project location. * Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training or certification and auxiliary machinery operation training/certification are desirable. * Good physical condition and proactive attitude in dynamic environments. **What do we offer?:** * Social benefits, work-life balance policies, flexible remuneration, diversity initiatives and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs and internal growth opportunities. * The chance to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by collaborative intelligence, excellence and comprehensive social responsibility.
