Job Summary: We are seeking a Network Interconnection Analyst to provide technical support for configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network interconnections, ensuring availability and security. We are looking for a Network Interconnection Analyst responsible for providing technical support in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network interconnections, ensuring their availability, stability, and security. This role will support daily service operations, incident resolution, and implementation of improvements, in coordination with the technical team and the Area Coordinator. Main Responsibilities Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) Monitor network and interconnection performance Diagnose and resolve Level-1 incidents Escalate complex cases with appropriate information Support implementation of interconnections and network improvements Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Document configurations, changes, and incidents Support implementation of security policies Prepare technical and operational reports Collaborate with vendors and the network team Profile Requirements Education: Technical degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Systems, or related fields. Basic certifications (CCNA, Network+, or others) are desirable. Experience: 1–2 years in network support or configuration. Experience with network devices and monitoring tools.
