Job Description We are looking for a Network Interconnection Coordinator responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising network interconnections among different systems, providers, and locations, ensuring their availability, security, and optimal performance. Additionally, this role will lead the technical team, manage providers, and promote continuous improvement of the network infrastructure. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the operation of network interconnections Configure and administer network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) Monitor network, customer, and link (microwave link) performance Administer OLTs and access networks Resolve connectivity incidents ensuring optimal response times Manage relationships with telecommunications providers Supervise KPIs, SLAs, and generate management reports Implement improvements in performance, security, and service continuity Lead the technical team and assign responsibilities Candidate Requirements Education: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Networking, Systems Engineering, or related fields. A specialization in networking or telecommunications is desirable. Experience: Minimum 3 years in network management and operations; 2 years in coordination or supervision roles; experience in configuring network devices. Knowledge: Administration of routers, switches, and firewalls; administration of OLTs and access networks; monitoring of networks, customers, and microwave links; management of interconnections between providers; use of network monitoring tools; preparation of technical reports.
