On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will develop budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis, build complex financial models to evaluate projects and profitability, and prepare executive reports for the Board and Head Office, in addition to driving continuous improvement through process automation. For this role, candidates must hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields, possess at least three years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis functions, and demonstrate advanced technical skills including expert-level Excel proficiency, AI integration experience, SQL and ERP system knowledge. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** Are you the strategic mind that will strengthen our financial decision-making at Natura? Profile: Senior Financial Planning Analyst **What do you need to apply?** * **Education:** Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines; specialized qualifications are desirable. Profile: Senior Financial Planning Analyst * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years performing FP&A or Financial Analysis functions within companies. Profile: Senior Financial Planning Analyst * **Knowledge and tools:** Expert-level Excel proficiency, experience integrating artificial intelligence, SQL and ERP system knowledge.
