At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Connect applications and data sources within the Azure/Fabric ecosystem. * Design, develop, and migrate interactive dashboards in Power BI on Fabric. * Create metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives. * Automate data analysis and extraction processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience with **Microsoft Fabric** (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory Gen2, integration with Power BI). * Proficiency in **Power BI**: dashboard design and migration, creation of custom metrics using **DAX**, performance optimization, and visual storytelling. * Solid knowledge of **SQL** and **Python** for data automation and transformation. * Ability to **translate business requirements into analytical solutions**, and to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. * Soft skills: effective communication, proactivity, and adaptability. * Experience in the AI environment and trends in content creation. * Prioritize hands-on experience with **Fabric + Power BI/DAX**.
